Summa collects no personal data. There is no account, no tracking and no advertising.

No data collection

Summa does not collect, store or transmit any personal data to the provider. There is no sign-up, no user account and no login. No analytics, advertising or tracking services are used, and no data is shared with third parties.

Your notes

Your notes and calculations are stored locally on your device. If you have enabled iCloud, Summa syncs them solely through your private iCloud (Apple). This data resides in your personal iCloud account; the provider of Summa has no access to it. Apple’s Privacy Policy applies.

Purchases

The optional “Summa Pro” purchase is handled entirely through Apple’s App Store. Apple processes payment and purchase data; the provider receives no payment information.

Device lock

The optional lock for individual notes via Face ID or Touch ID is handled locally by the operating system. No biometric data is collected or transmitted.

This website

When you visit osiev.de, the web server processes technically necessary access data (IP address, time of access, page requested, amount of data transferred, browser and operating system identifier). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — the legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation. This data is not combined with other sources and is deleted after 7 days at the latest. The website sets no cookies and embeds no external fonts, scripts or analytics services. Hosting is provided by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, on servers located in Germany.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As Summa itself stores no personal data with the provider, in practice these rights concern only the server access data described above.
